Te MataRau is Te Tihi’s strategic approach for integrating and developing Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems and processes, that support the strategic plan and direction of Te Tihi.

The future state of Te Tihi looks to encapsulate several innovative and technological advances that ensure whānau connectedness locally, nationally and internationally, and to have the resources to support integration of systems that will improve communication, input, return and protection of all whānau data, increase capacity of kaimahi, and improve inter-agency relationships.
