Kaupapa Innovation is the design of innovative maori solutions driven by whanau voice and experience. Supported by the Pikorua Package, our project management approach, we design projects, products, services and programmes that ensures: there is always Maori leadership, enables everyone to be key players as catalyst to whanau solutions and creates tangible outcomes for whanau.

Me He Pitau Whakarei
Forging the path, was completed for Mana Whaikaha to explore, utilising whanau voice and national, regional and service data, the relevance of a Māori-centred approach in the on-going development of Mana Whaikaha.
Te Au Pae Tawhiti
was completed for Te Aka Whaiora to explore the development of an Accountabilities and Performance framework grounded inmatauranga Maori to activate within the overall aspirations for the transformation of the health sector.
Housing Insecurity
was completed for Palmerston North City Council which saw a shift in focus from homelessness to secure housing within Palmerston North City.
